TMNT: Valentine's Gift

Here's a gift for the kind and gifted artist kelly-drawsalot!   She gave me 20 points when she didn't have to and I appreciate it very much!  And Valentine's Day is coming up so I thought this would be perfect to draw!And I drew out a base since I could think of anything, I hope you don't mind me doing that
